Shipping Policy
At Solvana, we want to get your products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (US): Free on all orders. Delivery in 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping (US): $9.99. Delivery in 2-3 business days.
Subscription Shipments
Monthly refill subscriptions (serums and creams) ship automatically each month. Your subscription shipment will be processed on the same date each month as your original order. Standard shipping is always free for subscription orders.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time. International shipping will be announced on our website when available.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier tracking link provided.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@solvana.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@solvana.com. We can only accommodate address changes before the order has shipped.
