Accessibility statement.

Dermosol is committed to a website experience that meets WCAG 2.1 AA for as many members as we can serve. We test continuously and fix issues as they're flagged.

Standards we target

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act for federal procurement compatibility.
Accessible Canada Act standards in Canada.

What we test for

Keyboard-only navigation across every page.
Screen-reader narration of all critical actions (Add to Cart, checkout, account).
Color contrast minimum 4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for headings.
Alt text on every meaningful image; decorative images marked appropriately.
Captions on the few videos we publish.

Known limitations

A handful of vendor-supplied widgets (some payment iframes, some review embeds) are outside our direct control. Where they fall short of WCAG AA, we are working with the vendors and providing a fallback wherever possible.
