Two-year hardware warranty.
Every Dermosol belt is covered against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of activation. The warranty is non-transferable but does not require registration — your order email is your proof of purchase.
What's covered
- LED panel failure (dead or dim emitters)
- Power-supply failure
- Stitching or seam separation in the neoprene panel under normal use
- Auto-timer or session-control malfunction
What's not covered
- Cosmetic wear (scuffs, fading print)
- Damage from drops, submersion, or pet damage
- Damage from non-Dermosol power adapters
- Damage from modifying or opening the belt enclosure
How a claim works
Email support with your order number, a one-line description, and a short video or photo. We typically issue a return label within 24 business hours and a replacement unit within 5 business days of receipt.
If your belt is out of warranty, we offer flat-rate refurbishment at $49 — usually faster and cheaper than a new unit.
