Dermosol is a small remote team across the US, Canada, and the UK. We grow team headcount in the single digits per year because we care more about who we hire than how fast we hire.

Member Care Lead (remote, US)

Run the protocol-coach team. Skincare or clinical background preferred. Full-time, salaried.

Senior Hardware Engineer (remote, EU)

Own LED panel sourcing, irradiance verification, and the next belt revision. Photonics background a plus.

Clinical Content Editor (contract)

Edit the Learning Hub. Must be willing to push back on marketing when the literature does not support a claim.

How we work

  • Remote-first, async-first. We have one weekly all-hands and otherwise leave each other alone to do the work.
  • Salary bands are public internally — no negotiation games.
  • Health, dental, vision, and a real budget for ergonomics at home.
  • Four weeks PTO + the week between Christmas and New Year, which we close.

What we look for

Honesty about what you do and do not know. Care for the work product. A short ego. A willingness to say “I was wrong” in writing. We can teach almost anything else.
