30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all Solvana™ devices. If you are not satisfied with your QuadTech™ Waistband for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the device purchase price.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Device must be in good working condition (normal wear accepted)
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
Subscription Products (Serums & Creams)
Consumable products (Red Light Intensifier Serum, Sculpting Firming Cream, Monthly Refill Box) are eligible for return only if unopened and in original sealed packaging. Opened consumables cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at support@solvana.com with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
