By accessing or using Solvana.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Products and Services

Solvana offers a 16-week stretch mark protocol consisting of a red light therapy device, topical treatment products, and digital support tools. Product descriptions and images are for informational purposes and may not reflect exact appearance.

Subscription Billing

The Solvana 16-Week Stretch Mark Protocol is billed on a 28-day cycle. Your first order (Activation Kit) is billed at $69 and includes your device and first month’s supply of Solvana Drops and Lotion. Subsequent refills are billed at $199 every 28 days until you cancel or transition to a different plan.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your protocol at any time before your next billing date. Before cancellation, we may offer options to pause or skip a shipment. If you cancel, you retain access to shipped products but may lose access to member-only content at the end of your current paid period.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied during your first 30 days, contact protocol@solvana.com for support. Eligibility for a refund may require returning the device and any unopened product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
