We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your Solvana purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The QuadTech Waistband device must be returned in its original packaging. Opened serums and creams are non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless defective.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@solvana.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
