California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, and Utah residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. This page explains what we do, and how to exercise that right.
What we collect
Order data (email, shipping address, billing details), site analytics (page views, anonymized device info), and protocol data you opt in to share (member photos, support messages).
What we don't do
- We do not sell personal information to third parties for monetary value.
- We do not share personal information with cross-context behavioral advertising networks.
- We do not retain progress photos after a member's account is closed unless explicitly retained for support.
How to exercise your rights
Email privacy@dermosol.com from the email address on your order. We will verify the request, fulfill within 30 days, and confirm in writing. You can request access, deletion, correction, or a copy of your data at no charge.
You may also use a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — we honor it as a valid opt-out request automatically.
