$2,400 To Treat my streach marks. and They keep Getting Back... A $99.00 Protocol Fixed It.

She had tried every clinical treatment on the market. Laser, microneedling, RF, retinoids. This is what a former aesthetician finally understood about why none of them worked and what does👌

I worked in a medical spa for four years. I have done more Fraxel consultations than I can count. I know what the before and after photos look like.

I know what the disclaimers say. And when I developed stretch marks after a significant weight change at 26, I thought I had an advantage. I knew exactly what to do.

I did three sessions of Fraxel CO2. I did a course of microneedling with PRP. I used prescription-strength tretinoin for eight months. I spent more money on my stretch marks than I had on any other skin concern in my life. And at the end of it, they were still there. Lighter, maybe. But still there. That was when I started actually reading the research instead of the marketing.

I had a client once who had spent $8,000 on laser treatments for her stretch marks over two years. She came to me because she had seen a small improvement but nothing close to what she had been promised. I did not have anything better to offer her. That bothered me for a long time.

What the Research Actually Says?

Stretch marks are dermal scars. The damage is in the dermis 1.5 to 4mm below the surface. Fraxel and ablative lasers work at the epidermal-dermal junction, creating controlled surface damage to stimulate collagen.

They can improve texture and tone, but they cannot reach the depth where the original tearing occurred. Microneedling creates micro-channels in the upper dermis closer, but still not deep enough for significant structural remodeling of established scar tissue. Retinoids work at the cellular level but cannot penetrate to the deep dermis in meaningful concentrations.

Red light therapy at 630nm and 850nm penetrates 8-10mm into tissue reaching the deep dermis directly. Peer-reviewed studies show that therapeutic-dose red light at these wavelengths stimulates fibroblast activity, increases collagen and elastin synthesis, and triggers structural remodeling of scar tissue.

The key variables are wavelength, dose, and consistency over time. That is what the Dermosol 16-Week Protocol is built around.

Why Protocol Matters More Than Treatment

Wk 1–4

Therapeutic Threshold

Daily red light exposure at 630nm and 850nm builds to therapeutic dose in the dermis. Fibroblasts activate. Collagen synthesis begins. Skin texture and tone start to improve.

Wk 5–8

Structural Remodeling

Scar tissue in the dermis begins to reorganize. The intensifier serum enhances light absorption and accelerates cellular turnover. Marks start to narrow, lighten, and flatten.

Wk 9–12

Collagen Integration

New collagen integrates into the dermal matrix. Marks continue to fade. Skin elasticity measurably improves. Most members see 40-60% visible improvement.

Wk 13–16

Protocol Completion

Full 16-week results. Clinical data shows 60-80% visible reduction. The structural changes are permanent — the collagen rebuilt does not reverse.

"I understand now why everything else I tried did not work. It was not that the treatments were bad. It was that they were not reaching the right layer consistently enough to produce structural change. The protocol solves that problem."

— Rachel H., 29 — Former aesthetician, completed 16-week protocol

"Growth-spurt marks from teenage years I've had for 20+ years. Thought they were permanent. 12 weeks in, the red/purple ones are already gone. Still working on the older silver ones."

"Lost 55 lbs and the stretch marks were the part I hated most. The belt fits perfectly under my clothes while I read at night. 20 weeks in and the texture change alone is worth every dollar."

"I was skeptical. Three years of dark purple marks across my stomach after my second pregnancy. At week 6 my husband noticed. At week 16 they're pale silver lines I can barely see. This is not a cream — it's a program."
